At iBird Chef, we believe in clear and straightforward pricing, ensuring you understand the complete cost of your catering services upfront. Our advertised prices are comprehensive, reflecting the full amount you will pay, excluding only government taxes.

• Our advertised per-person or package prices for catering services are inclusive of what were previously referred to as "service charges." This means the total cost of your food and core service is presented to you transparently from the outset.
• Payment Processing Fee: A 2.5% to 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to payments made by credit card. This fee covers the cost of processing electronic transactions.
• Delivery Fee: A $30 delivery fee will apply to events located more than 20 miles from our kitchen. This charge will be clearly noted on your invoice if applicable.
• Government Taxes: Applicable state and local government sales taxes will be added to your total bill as required by law.

• Any optional services you choose (such as additional staff hours, premium rentals, or specific bespoke requests outside the standard package) will be itemized and billed separately. These are services you actively opt into, not hidden fees.
• This pricing structure ensures full compliance with California's pricing transparency laws, providing you with confidence and clarity.
