  •  Q: Are your menu prices all-inclusive?
    A: No, our base menu prices do not include service fees or applicable taxes. To ensure clarity, all final pricing, service fees (typically 18-20%), and local taxes will be clearly itemized on your final invoice. You can find detailed breakdowns on our Pricing & Terms page.


  • Q: Do you require a deposit to book an event date?
    A: Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.


  • Q: Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
    A: Yes, we require a minimum food order of $300 for delivery/drop-off services within our standard delivery zone. Full service events have higher minimum spends; details are available on our Pricing & Terms page.


  • Q: How do I select my menu items for my chosen package?
    A: Once you select your package (e.g., The Delhi Feast), our event coordinator will work with you to finalize your menu choices. Final selections are due 7 business days before the event date. 

 

  • Q: What is your minimum guest count?
    A: Minimum guest counts vary by service type and package, but most events require a baseline headcount to book. The current minimums for corporate, private, and full‑service events are outlined on our Pricing & Terms page.​


  • Q: Which areas do you serve?
    A: iBird Chef typically serves Issaquah, the Greater Seattle Eastside, and surrounding areas, with extended service available for larger events. Any additional travel or delivery fees will be specified in your proposal before booking.​


  • Q: Do you offer delivery and full service?
    A: Yes. We provide simple delivery/drop‑off as well as full‑service catering with staff, setup, and breakdown. Available service levels depend on your event size, venue, and package selection.​


  • Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergens?
    A: Absolutely. We regularly accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten‑free, and other dietary needs, and can advise on common allergens in each dish. Please share all restrictions during the booking process so menus can be planned safely.​
