These terms outline our policy regarding event cancellations and refunds.
Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your event date and secure our services.
Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels the event, the following terms apply to payments made beyond the initial non-refundable deposit:
Postponement
We encourage clients to contact us to postpone their event rather than cancel. Dates can be moved based on availability, and your deposit may be transferred to the new date.
Cancellation by iBird Chef
In the unlikely event we must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, kitchen emergency), we will fully refund any and all payments received within 10 days of cancellation. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure a replacement caterer if possible.
